Item not as described on website. Your ad said RCA 12 position knob. Doesn't have a knob at all. THATS WHY I BOUGHT. Worthless to me. Waste of my time and money. I BOUGHT 2 .Going to return BOTH OF THEM. Staples need to make it right. That's false advertisement. Buyer beware.
