A Very Good Lateral File Cabinet
This lateral cabinet was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a nice piece of furniture functional for filing documents but not looking "commercial" because it would be sitting our our great room and ideally a nice furniture piece which would complement our Bush computer desk. Good look disappointing drawer function
It's a nice looking piece of furniture. At this point that's the only good thing I have to say about it. The drawer mechanisms aren't working correctly. Any vibration in the room causes the top drawer to glide open. [...]

I think the quality of this is very good. For the price the only think is I don't like how the files are they don't stay in the rail

Beautiful cabinet!
This filing cabinet is beautiful and very well made! The only issue I had with it thus the 4 stars is trying to understand the directions....they were very hard to understand

Solid looks gorgeous
Solid looks beautiful and it's perfect for my in home office.Took some time putting it together - several hours and having a second pair of hands is helpful.

Great!
This cabinet is sturdy and looks great in my study. It's easy to put together --- it only requires a screwdriver and some time (an hour or so if you're schooled in putting together IKEA-type furniture).

Good quality for the price
This is the second purchase we've made of these file cabinets. Very nice quality and excellent price. They have held up very well for the last 4 years.

Great piece of furniture
I purchased this to consolidate hanging files from a large desk that was too big for my new home. This was not too difficult to put together. It took me about 5 hours to put it together by myself. Just follow lay the pieces out read and follow the instructions and...no problem

no fuss organization
[...] It took 2 hours to assemble. The directions were easy to follow. It looks nice with the desk that matches. It stores things and the printer sits on top to keep the computer area neat.

Not bad for the price.
Once assembled the cabinet is strong enough but the cheap drawer sides and back won't hold trumpet screws. I had to add two corner braces on each back corner of the drawers. The instructions like many imported products are terrible and probably lead to many assembly problems and even unsafe conditions. Some attempt has been made to make the product stable and tip-over ...

Great value for the money
We needed stylish file cabinets for our home office but didn't want to spend a lot. These fit the bill. [...]The cabinets are sturdy despite the fact they are not solid wood. They are a little tedious to assemble though the instructions are easy to follow and the parts are clearly marked. Having purchased two the second assembly went quicker and smoother.

I bought this when I first started my home business but regret it....the bottom of the file drawers fall out and catch therefore the drawers won't open. You also need to be careful when the top drawer is open the cabinet wants to fall over. I will be replacing this very soon.....the desk that goes with it is ok.... Amie Red Plaid Primitives
