The Waterman refill is fine.
The refill is great. Unfortunately it didn’t fit my pen. Product gets a 5 star. The purchaser didn’t get such a high rating.

Waterman Fine Rollerball Refill
The Rollerball for me was messy and smeared a lot when I was writing with it. I took it back and got ballpoint replacement instead. The ballpoint is more to my liking.

Refill Ink Cartridge - Waterman Pen Just Like New!
When the ink in my Waterman Rollerball Fine Point Pen ran out it was abandoned in my desk drawer for several years. When it resurfaced I was happy to find Staples stocks the refill cartridge at a reasonable price and voila my Waterman pen that retails for $150 is good a new! I ordered the cartridge Staples online customer pick up and in less than an hour had the cartrid...

My precious pen has found a refill!
Outstanding customer service at Staples. Asked for help to find a refill for a valuable pen, given to my husband many years ago. A worker walked with me to the refill area and found one!
