Excellent product but according to the website it should have been in stock at the local Staples. There is a spot for it but the fine point not the medium point is hanging there.

Not helpful if it doesn't work
I ordered three different types of pen refills and only one of them worked. This wasn't the one that worked (the Parkers worked). So I still don't have a refill for the pen!

waterman refill
could not find this at a couple of other office supply stores. Went to Staples and a very nice customer service rep walked me to the correct aisle and find what I needed. You guys have good people working for you.

favorite pen
I have a Waterford pen which I love! The problem was that the store did not have any refills left of the Waterman brand. Staples associate kindly had one transferred from another location store and it was delivered to my home. I think this was beyond what he had to do and I appreciate it very much!

Ball point pen refill wrong size
The Waterman ball point pen refill was shorter than what it should be and won't fit. I bought one before from Staples and it was ok. Disappointed this time.

Faint ink.
The ink is faint at best. Pens from the Dollar write better and blacker ink.

Waste
The refill was good for about two pages of writing then it faded and dried up altogether. More efficient to buy a new pen from a more reliable manufacturer

The Best!
My Waterman Pen and refill never disappoint. The refill lasts a long time and is always smooth and never leaks. With all the pens on my desk I always look for my Waterman.

Quality Refill
Waterman ballpoint refills are always reliable and work from the start. Ink flows consistently. The issue is price because Waterman refills cost more than a replacement pen from another manufacturer. I am unaware of any 3rd party refills so if you like to write with a Waterman pen you have to pay the price.

Smooth writing ballpoint
