Awful costumer service.
AWEFUL COSTUMER SERVICE. I have reached out about 4 times for a return and my requests for a return label, my emails, and texts over the customer support chat none has been attended to. The bag is too big and need to return.

Won’t give me a refund after accepting my return
I bought this bag in December, returned in January and still have not received a refund as of today March 9,2025. I’ve reached out and haven’t gotten any response whatsoever. These are the lengths that I’m going to in order to get some sort of response.

Buyer Beware
I was sent the wrong product. I had to follow up to get my return processed. No apology, no effort to make things right. Just surly, inhuman customer service. The company is understaffed.

Great Work Bag!
I have had several Swiss Gear backpacks that have lasted over a decade, so I took a chance on this bag, and it has not disappointed! Roomy, not bulky or awkward, and the luggage pocket is nicely hidden, but serves as a storage pocket when not needed. My only suggestion would be to have shoulder strap options. Wife loves this bag
It was a Christmas gift for my wife. She absolutely loves the bag. She is a middle/high school teacher and needed something to carry a laptop, iPad and all paperwork. She has no complaints about the bag and really appreciated the shoulder strap.

Attractive, but barely holds my 15" laptop and doubtful to hold my 16". Also the flap with magnetic closure on front of tote does not stay closed.

Perfect computer bag
It is so organized and functional; I bought my second one. The first lasted over 4 years, held up well with a lot of travel as well as the daily office trips. Best work bag
This bag is sturdy. I got it after my last work bag broke after 5 weeks. It has a wonderful padded interior with room for everything. Removable shoulder strap is a nice feature. The only thing I would change is there's a lot of gold on it. Minor thing for such a nice bag. I'm sure this will last me for quite some time!

Awesome Travel Bag
I love this bag as it handles everything I need to take with me on my trips: laptop, smaller purse, notepads, etc. I am going to see if I can fly with it as my personal bag...It's just a wee bit bigger than their dimensions but I'm going to try it. Love it!

I bought this bag 5 years ago and it’s still as beautiful, strong. It’s feminine yet Powerful.
It has a padded laptop section, padded tablet section too.
And MORE pockets/ space for everything else - Files, phone, water, make up, purse.

Very large bag
This is a very large bag. It has lots of space and compartments. It was too large for carrying daily. I had to return it for a smaller bag to carry my laptop and other essentials.
