Not what it used to be!
I'm sorry but the rolls of paper towels you sent are not what they used to be. To start I noticed that they only have 1 plastic end in the roll. I took the missing end from a used roll. When I tried to install the roll I discovered the 1 plastic end was in the wrong end of the roll since they are 2 different sizes I had to take them out and turn them around. Then ...

We have been buying these towels for many years. This batch is so thin that the towel rips in your hand as you try to put it out of the dispenser. STAY AWAY!!!!

I received exactly what was described with quick shipping. No issues at all! Note: Make sure you buy the right sized paper towels since different paper towel machines might different diameter rolls of paper towels.

Lots of paper but not soft or absorbent
These are high capacity towels (meaning they are tightly wound and you get a lot of them) but they are surely not worthy of an "ultra" label. They are not absorbent are rough and are only good if you are looking for something cheap. Invest in something better.

I would not recommend it. The roll size is good but the paper is very flimsy you have to use to strips to dry hands when you should only have to use one. Even if you lose a little footage having the paper more sturdy would be better.
