Drawer style is best
super fast access to all your tools, much better than stacker style boxes, which also take much more floor space to have access to all your tools

Cantilever/drawers
I received this fro my son as I live alone and it was a handy looking storage unit for tools. I opened the drawers and now they won’t close and I don’t want to force them and break something. In my opinion this is poorly made and useless. Back to the original spot the tools go and this is being put on the curb.

It is more rugged than people give credit for.
I use this toolbox every day. It is completely loaded with hand tools , hardware and a complete set of cordless tools. I take it upstairs and downstairs. I haul it through gravel, mud, ice and snow. It has had the center bushings for the locking arms broken since early on but it still stays together and works great. The majority of negative reviews are from people who m...

Cantilever broke
While having some weight in the top section (nothing excessive), the cantilever began to crack. Eventually it completely broke, causing the box to fall over and kink the aluminum bars. I tried to fix it, even duct taped it. It's almost useless if I can't open it properly.

Don’t recommend it
Its broke on the first day, got some tools in it and I tried to get into the costumers house while I was pulling it and the handle just broke. I was very disappointed as I had to carry it all day in my hand.

Very dissatisfied
Just purchased this product and was very excited cause I’m a mobile detailer and this was going to be way easier than carrying separate containers for all my supplies. Well it lasted a week and the arm on the side and bearing broke off along with the plastic . I literally carry towels in that section . I can order a new arm I know but it still won’t work right cause t...

Too much flimsy plastic
I am a carpenter and got one of these for christmas. The first day at work I broke one of the plastic parts that hold the sliding locking arms in place. it didn't affect the overall usability, just kinda spoke to the quality of the make (poor). When transporting the toolbox in and out of trucks and trailers, or around jobsites, it flexes and twists quite a bit. I do hav...

Was happy at first……
So I used this tool box and was really happy at first but it didn’t take long for things to start falling apart.
First it was a metal clasp no big deal then the button on the front fell off which was a little annoying but it still worked then one of the side locking things decided it no longer wanted to be part of the box then shortly after the whole top section broke ...

Not worth it
Bought this product and it cost an arm and a leg only to break 2 days after I bought it. You would think something this good would be built to last apart from that it was handy for the day I had it.

Indestructible, mobile and organized
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mine for longer than I can remember, when they first hit the market. Lots of compartments to keep your tools organized and it opens up nicely so you can see everything. It also closes up quickly to get out of the weather and it is easy to maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if this is the exact model that I have because I have had mine for over ten years. Works great to store and carry my carpenter tools. The large bottom is great for saws, drills, etc. The center section is perfect for nails and screws. The top compartment with the lift out tray is great for all of the odd and e...

What Every Handyperson Needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep everything I need in my FATMAX work station from my smallest nut drivers, to my heavy duty bolt cutters and multiple saws . I like the small compartments in the drawer, so I don't have to go on a search and rescue mission for often used smaller items which can get lost in a regular tool chest.

Everything is great except the durability
I have several and have had several more. Some pieces in critical areas are plastic and if they were metal, it would be awesome. The locking mechanism for the cantilever, the posts are plastic and break off in time. The spring loaded part for the handle to lock into place when extended - same issue. The bearings for the cantilever are in a plastic holder; they event...

Fat max 4-in-1 mobile work station.
I was looking at storage boxes and saw this. It’s literally all I would need for a day in carpentry or home remodeling or construction work. I love that there’s 4 different places to store tools big and small. Power tool in the bottom. Hand tools in the middle. Hardware in the top. I like the wheels. It’s hard to have wheels on a box because they can get stuck places. T...
