I love this product its very sturdy and dependable I use it outside in bad weather it still holds strong I just wish you would offer it to us in a larger roll

I thought I could use this product but found out it's for inside use only and there wasn't one for outdoor use.

Very Strong
The Scotch-Mount™ Clear Double-Sided Mounting Tape holds very well. I used it on a large piece of artwork where I didn’t want to put holes in my wall. While it’s not a clear frame, knowing these are clear I know that when I have something glass, this will work great and not look tacky.

Great stick
I used this to stick my cross stitch to the back of the foam board. After I did so I put it inside a frame. It hasn't shifted yet which is good. This has a great stick which makes it easier so it does shift and I can get it tight around the foam board so the fabric is tight.

Pretty cool
The tape itself is pretty neat. It’s not too thick, not too thin. Is holding up well so far. It is being used outdoors in a free little art gallery (like a free little library).

Success! Now working thanks to this product!
I used this product just yesterday to secure a water pump inside a small garden fountain. The pump would not suction to the bottom so I cut the scotch mount tape into small pieces and used it on the pump. It held it tight and fountain is now working!

Easily mount pictures/objects flush to the wall
Works great for hanging pictures, as long as you apply it to a clean surface. The double-sided tape made it easy to hang my pictures and keep them flush against the wall. So far, it seems to be holding good, but we have the summer to go through with many days of over 100 degrees to go through yet.

Great permanent mounting tape
Tape has great grip and is quite thick so it conforms to bumpy surfaces. I used mine to stabilize large shadow box frames on orange-skin textured drywall to keep it from tilting (one side has a larger item displayed). HEAVY DUTY FOR TOUGH TO HANG ITEMS
I WORK AT A GROCERY STORE WHERE I HAVE TO HANG SIGNS ON THE BRICK WASS OUTSIDE IN THE WIND AND WEATHER. THIS IS THE ONLY TAPE THAT WILL HOLD THE SIGNS ON LONG-TERM. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A PRODUCT THAT SHOULD BE USED ON OR WITH DELICATE ITEMS. IT WORKS GREAT TO HANG HEAVY PLASTOC SIGNS ON WINDOWS AS WELL.

Too difficult to use.
I purchased this product this morning. I was looking for something a little stronger than double sided tape for some hobby work. PERFECT TAPE
This tape is great for quick and easy hanging of pictures, etc. I use a lot of it on the back of pictures to help keep them nice and straight on the wall, just a small square piece on the back corners keeps them in place. I hate crooked pictures.

Works but needs better instructions
This product is not very easy to use but the package does have some instructions. The most important instruction is to wait at least 30 minutes to try to remove the backing strip. Waste of money
This is terrible! I just spent a half-hour trying to move the transparent covering on one side. The white paper side comes off easily-but the other side is impossible!! Might as well have put my money in the nearest garbage can.

Knowing how to remove backing makes it very good
Works very well on clean, dry surface. REGARDING BACKING: Here's my trick. Pull a mm or 2 of adhesive side of tape (opposite from backing) and stretch it out. The tape stretches but the backing does not. Then edge of backing separates and is easy to remove. The stretched piece of tape can be trimmed with a blade. The available side bonds well. However, double sided tape suggests the other side is meant to be used also. Apparently, the tape works and bonds so well the second side is already bonded to the “slick” side making the tape useless if you want it double sided.
