Solid unit
Solid, good looking unit. A bit cumbersome to put together, but directions were complete and easy to follow. Highly recommend inventory of pieces before you start. Invest the time to read directions completely before you start actual assembly. It will save you time in the long run. Excellent file cabinet
The style is classic, it is sturdy and functional. I had Staples assembler put it together. There were no broken or missing pieces and all the pieces fit together the way they are supposed to. The drawers open and close smoothly. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend it and I would also recommend having a professional put it together.

Hard to build
I've built many store-bought pieces over the yrs—this was the most challenging due to the large # of items to assemble and the directions’ quality. If U decide to DIY, you’ll need lots of patience, about 3 hours, someone to help U, and be ready for a sore back from all the bending over.
