not a wooden frame
States that item has a wooden frame. It is in fact not wood it is pressed composite covered with vinyl would not have purchased if i had known as it cant be satained.

Great value good board.
The board is slightly flimsy but I did not expect a teacher quality board for $20. It arrived intact and exactly as expected. I have not used traditional chalk on this board but it works great with chalk bistro markers.

I needed a chalkboard for a class I am teaching. The chalk writes well on it and it is a great size.

My husband was wanting a board to do puzzles on and it is big enough to work a 1000 piece puzzle on. It is sturdy enough for this purpose. I can't comment on how it works as a chalkboard or whiteboard. The reverse side is white.

Makes Outstanding Puzzle Board
Lightweight. Made well. Ideal for puzzle board; keeps all the pieces on the board where my Yorkie cannot get to them and eat them.

Disappointed
This board looks nice; however it is very difficult to clean off leaving lines after trying to erase. This is a problem since I work with kids that have learning issues and they can be distracted by the remaining chalk. For this reason I cannot give it a good review.
