Love this stapler!
This device is SO comfortable to use! Just push (no effort) and it's done. I have only attached 6 sheets of paper together at a time, but it works like a charm. Easy to load, wonderful to use, staples lie flat when attached- what's not to like! Wish I'd had one when I was teaching and stapling children's booklets together!

Doesn't Work
It worked for awhile, but then it started mis-stapling when the staples get low. Have been struggling along with it, but it keeps getting worse and frequently jams. I recently pulled a jammed staple out, which should have made it work better. It is now ejecting two staples at a time--one correctly, and one just sticking out the hole. I would not recommend this product!

Great start but didn't last
Stapler worked like a charm for a few months. After that, it started jamming frequently, then started regularly spitting out two staples at a time: One staple works (usually), and the other gets stuck partway through the paper with only one side bent. It was amazing while it worked--but lasted less than a year.

Stapler doesn't work - replaced and still doesn't
Ordered this stapler, out of the box the staples wouldn't fit into the cartridge that holds them. I got it replaced (great customer service at Staples, this isn't their fault), and the second stapler won't bend the staples when compressing the stapler. Buyer beware - not a good product.

HORRIBLE
I've had one of these before and it was so great for years so I bought another and this is the worst stapler I've ever had. locks up all the time and if it does work its not flat and leaves the prongs turning outwards

It works, but the touch is not as smooth as other similar brands. The initial load of staples was challenging. Couldn't figure out how to open the stapler.

I've tried several brand staplers and I do like this one best. One of my Swingline staplers actually broke in two so this one is the replacement. Hope it lasts longer than my previous one did.

Works Just Like That $$$ Brand - No Issues
This Device worked just find without any issues. I've seen similar devices like in certain discount stores - which didn't work. I purchased this from STAPLES because they specialize in Office Supplies just fine .

Hard to figure out
I bought this stapler for my college student. Chose it over others because it has a flat-bottom style so you staple while it's resting on a desk. Good feature! But it was difficult to figure out how to load it. There's a piece tape on the part that's supposed to jut out to fill it with staples. But no instructions on the tape so you know to remove it. Cant even open it
Cant even get the stapler slide out, the "push" button doesn't work. Also don't like that it doesn't open all the way up.
