Ordered two. Both defective
I know this thing had decent ratings but I have now had to return it twice for the same problem. the dry-erase surface is bubbling up from the subsurface. Sadly if I new I was going to have to order one in a local store I would have made the trek last week and already have it hanging on my wall. Verify disappointing.

Nice Product
Very pleased with this item. It installs fairly easily and is secure. Nice surface and the clip on tray is a great little bonus.
