My favorite pens
Been using these Paper Mate Flairs for over 40 years. Was gutted when the store said they no longer carry my signature blue...Peter at the Swampscott store did an online order for me right in the store and I had them delivered to my door the very next day. Now that is what I call service!

I likes ‘em. Compliments to your staff - not often someone will go out of their way, to see if they might be of service to you. That happened. Wish I’d have gotten his name (white man, good-sized feller, dark hair) - I’d put him in for a raise. Seriously !!

For 20 years I have used Blue Flair Pens for special projects. I asked for them at my local Staples.
Although the Staples staff could not find them in stock locally, they offered to have them shipped directly to my home at no additional charge. They arrived on time and I am continuing work on my projects.

We Will Buy Again & Again!
The boss LOVES these pens as they do not rip through delicate paper/documents. Also, instead of using gel pens that tend to bleed and smudge, we prefer these pens for the signing of contracts, time cards, etc.
