Odd texture
These binders have a raised scratchy noisy texture like rubbing scales the wrong way. I am using them to store documents that will likely never need to be accessed. If I actually had to handle them I would return them. They are really annoying. Do not recommend.

Three rings
Well these binders do hold papers! However the covers are not as flexible as I would have imagined - and the inserts inside the cover to hold single pages are so flimsy that one ripped off as I opened to wrapping. Plus the colors are not as shown. I returned the set.
