Solid option. Careful when cleaning wall.
I've used these in our past two rental homes. They lasted great for one year (the length of time in each location). Now, we're in our permanent home, but I'm using these while I experiment with pictures and painting placement.

ADHESIVE DOES NOT HOLD!!!!
I have lost 4 picture frames due to the strips losing adhesion and falling off the wall. I have followed the directions and oversized the adhesive above its recommended weight limit. The hanging strips don't work and will not hold a frame up.

These did not work - was trying to hang a photo that weighed 5# package said it could hold 12#.
Was only able to get one side to semi hold. So tried another set and this time they did not stay stuck together at all. Waste of money and time.
