Luuuh it
I couldn't be more pleased w/ my purchase of this trash can. I love the volume of the bag. The quiet of the lid, the easy clean up. Although expensive, I did some math. In 10 years (warranty), it comes out as less than 4 cents a day to keep me happy in my kitchen.

Not Great Trash Can!
My simplehuman trashcan is smaller then my last and quality is not near as good and sturdy.
We would have ordered the larger one but you only had it in recycle.

Awsome
Every item I have ever bought from simplehuman has been nothing shy of great quality. This trash can is no exception. It must be air-tight because smells do not come out, but for some reason, food begins to smell a lot quicker when utilizing the custom-fit trash liners. Almost makes me assume the trash bags have something to do with smells to boost the sale of smelling ...

Best trash can ever
Our first Simplehuman trash can (same model) broke after 7 years of service. There IS a design flaw on the bottom of the mechanism that lifts the lid. Despite that, we bought another. It is (mostly) well designed and works exactly as one would desire.

Great functionality and looks great
We have had our trash can for several years now and it has never let us down. The 55L seems to be the perfect kitchen size can and holds the right amount of daily trash. America's Test Kitchen is right
Worth every penny. Easy, fast and simple to use over and over again and again. I'm actually enjoying changing the trash bag because it's so much easier than my last trash can.

Absolutely love this item
This is a perfect trash can. I ordered the white one because everything is white in my home so it marches perfectly. The bag opens widely so it’s easier to dispose the trash inside. The step is all across and makes it super easy to use. Definitely recommend and also purchased the shredder attachment best combo ever

Great Quality
