very sturdy plasticware - great purchase!
Prior to shoulder surgery, I knew I wasn't going to want to have to deal with trying to was dishes after I was sent home from the hospital, so I stocked up on disposable flatware, plates, bowls and cups. These utensils hold up to heavy duty use, even trying to spread chunky peanut butter with my non-dominant hand with no breakage.
