Failure after 3 years
Unit failed after 3 years of average use. Fans work but compressor stopped circulating the coolant.

Good AC for the price
I bought this AC in June. It was a God send during the heat waves we had this summer. It worked well but I didn't like that it continuously turned on and shut off based on the temp. This might be me just learning the unit though.

Cools Nicely
Glad I bought this just before the heat wave hit! Did a bit of comparison shopping first and decided on this unit. It cools the bedroom nicely, and comes with a remote. Because I use the Energy Saver mode, there's a noticeable noise when kicking in, but otherwise it's quiet enough for a sound sleep. Whisper Quiet
I purchased this AC unit for PC Richards I can’t get enough of it using it daily and my electric bill is only 10$ dollars higher than the normal . But my favorite thing is that it is quiet whisper quiet I actually had to put my hands in front to see if was still working awesome product. You guys out did yourselves

Disappointed
I purchased this unit for a 230 sq ft room as it’s rated for 300 sq ft. The unit is unable to cool the room below 72 degrees regardless of how long we let it run. I have reached out to LG twice for a technician to come look at the unit. They have yet to reach out to schedule.

Great A/C
I would highly recommend this unit for small Apts, this a/c will cool my 480sq foot apt on low energy saving setting. 1 month into 1 of the warmest summers ever in MN. It has totally exceeded my expectations.

No Exterior Cover
I don’t understand why exterior of a/c unit has no protective cover and coils and whole a/c is exposed to rain and lightning. Every unit my neighbors have and my previous A/C always had a cover

I never had an A/C unit where the coils are expos
I don’t understand why my in the wall A/C unit has exposed coils and the back of unit exposed to the outside has no protection from rain, lightening.

I was surprised
I bought this on recommendation from a friend. I was surprised how quieter it was then the Friedrich I had (believe it). I would have given it 5 stars but the front grill does rattle making noise. I had to keep one side of grill detached and that stopped the rattle along with some sound deadening tape.I do wish it had another lower fan speed speed which would have made...

Very Disappointed
I installed the unit a few months ago, but did not turn it on till a few weeks ago and it just blew warm air so I un plugged it and tried a few more time but never was able to get cold air so I called for service. The system blows warm air !
I bought this unit online about a month ago and it has yet to work properly. It will not cool a room down. It blows hot air and never cools despite being placed on 60 degrees.

Great air conditioner!
I recently purchased this air conditioner and I could say it’s the best one I purchased it keeps me so cool and is great for those hot summer days

Great quality and features
I bought this on impulse and cause of the summer heat the last one I had just wasn’t cutting it. So I Bought this as a replacement and so far it’s working wonders keeps my bedroom frosty cold.
