Does not cool
After three months of use it stopped cooling. It blows out warm air and does not adjust to the temperature i set it at. I cleaned the filter with no change. do not recommend.

Great features
Great air conditioning wall unit, it is quiet and works fantastic. Keeps my living room nice and cool during the hotter seasons. The unit was easy to install in my previous wall cutout. It also comes with a remote, making it easier to access!

Big and mighty air conditioner!
This LG 9800 btu air conditioner is very powerful! It has a lot of settings on it from fan, to low cold to high cold. The remote is very operational and convenient as well. It is a little bit difficult to install by yourself because it is big and bulky. But with two people it installs quite easily. Cool air
Installation was very easy. My husband and I tackled it. It is heavy so 2 people make it easier to lift. I love how easy it was to install. It does come with a remote which is a nice added bonus. Instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I cannot wait to get some use out of this in the warmer months. The air comes out so cold.

The LG through the wall unit is well built
It quickly cools room and runs quieter than a window unit. It is well built and the unit was very heavy. It saves space and don’t block the window. The installation was not as easy as a window unit. This unit also includes a remote.

Very cool and easy to install!
My family and I just moved from Washington to Florida and the difference between the weather is extremely opposites! This room air conditioner by far is something I enjoy now coming home. It keeps my very chill feeling like by home. It was easy to install on the window, and the remote controls are easy to use. Overall, I’d say this is the model I’d recommend to everyone...

Lasts around 5-7 yrs
Perfect for our master bedroom; saver mode cycles on and off to save power, so that’s annoying once the motor starts to get loud (this is our 3rd unit; each lasting 5-7yrs of daily use). Good AC for the price
I bought this AC in June. It was a God send during the heat waves we had this summer. It worked well but I didn't like that it continuously turned on and shut off based on the temp. This might be me just learning the unit though.

Love it
Really keeps my apartment cool. I have windows on the west side so it was very warm (80's to 90's). This unit keeps it in the 70's. So grateful.

Love it
I got this at no charge through a program for low income seniors. It works great - whatever temperature I set it at that's what it cools to. My previous one my apartment was 80s or 90s. I am so much more comfortable.

Love all the features
Our LG air conditioner is great. Our downstairs is now always at a consistent temperature. The energy saver shuts the air conditioner off when the rooms hit the desired set temp & then automatically goes back on when the rooms get warmer. Noisy
I am having problems with noise. I think it’s because the front plastic cover is so flimsy. I had a tech come out and suggested to put tape on it but it didn’t help. You mostly hear it when it is on low fan speed.

Great Air Conditioners
I am in a 2 bedroom condo and I received a flyer for updating our air conditioners from a Resource Center for free and mine were 18 and 20 years old, so I qualified for new ones. They installed them and they are not only nice looking, but are super quiet and energy efficient. I love them.

Cool Noise!
Got this installed and it seems noisy although it is cooling well.
Also, a plastic clip at the bottom of the filter cover is broken.

Loud and rattles, can’t use
I wasted my money. It’s so loud and rattles when compressor is on. It’s like having a helicopter in the bedroom. Completely unusable. I was sent a replacement on warranty and new unit had same issue. Too loud, can’t sleep with it on.
