I am still having problems with the Naxa Digital HDTV Converter Box freezing or hanging up and issues with the EPG. Is this something I can expect with Digital HDTV Converter Box?

Device acts sporadically . Does not always keep up with the manipulation with the remote. Frustrating must always keep rebooting the device because it always loses channel in use.
