Desk arrived with missing part. Contacted customer service and it will be 24-48 hours before I get a response on shipping missing part. I was told I could take desk that was assembled apart and send back for a replacement.

Beautiful executive desk by Sauder. Fits my needs perfectly.
I love the desk. I put it together myself. It took me 3.5 hours. I did have to have help to put the top on. Its large and a bit heavy to do myself. Plus you need to line up the cam screws. All in all, it was fairly easy to put together. Just took my time and followed step by step. Love the results.

Clear instructions
The desk is well packed with styrofoam and cardboard. All parts and hardware were shipped in two boxes. The assembly instructions are very well done and easy to follow. It took several hours to put it together but the finished product is well worth it.

Never pay for installation. Bogus
Pay $150 while checking out for installation it’s been almost 10 days calling every other day to the company that they hired third-party to come and install this office desk. The item said it was going to be dedlivered 12/27 when I purchased it. The website says it was delivered 12/28. I called and they Staples will look into it. I haven't heard from Staples until the desk showed up on 01/03/2023.

Surpassed expectations
Desk looks even better than I expected or hoped. Instructions should read "all" installation required, not "some". It took 3 of us 5 hours to put it together -- and it's not our first rodeo doing this sort of thing.

Laminate is peeling off
Arrived a few days ago. Put it together and about 6 inched worth of the black laminate is missing on the edge of the desk. Looks cheesy and used. Poor quality for the price. I would return it but my husband spend 4 hours putting it together.

Amazing desk!
The desk was fairly easy to assemble the color and finish on it is gorgeous and it's sturdy and reliable with plenty of space inside the drawers. Best desk I've owned.
