Electric is the way to go
I got a desk converter due to a bad back. Lifting the manual one was difficult. The electric lifter is fabulous. The work surface is spacious. Great value.

be careful with this converter
Their design is going to damage your furniture. I've just seen two cracks in my dining room table top that were caused by the screw heads that stick out of the bottom of the keyboard hinges. It is so obvious that this is going to happen.. I cant believe they could so carelessly design something like this when they know what is going to happen. A simple fix to recess...

Electric Mount-It is Great!
I had one converter that you manually lifted. I was always afraid it would pinch my fingers when I put it down. Also couldn't get it exactly where I wanted it. The electric version is great. No worries about pinching and it adjusts to the exact placement I want. Spacious work area is also very nice.

Easy to assemble but heavy
After sitting all day working on my laptop for work, it was difficult to want to "work" on my personal computer and sit some more. LOVE the ease of pressing a button to adjust the height. It was heavy from the box. I'm still giving 5 stars, however, the part you have to assemble is the keyboard/mouse rest, and mine was upside down. The bottom (nice- looking, curved)...

This desk is wonderful to keep you moving throughout the day. I do recommend getting an anti fatigue mat to stand on if you plan to stand for extended periods of time. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good buy.
Solid piece of furniture. Raise lower function is smooth. Would be better if there were some limit switches or settings to not allow it to continue if something gets in the way.

I wish the site was more consistent with providing measurements, but this desk should include the distance between both "legs" of the unit too. You definitely need a second person (my teen daughter was able to help me) to help unbox and place upon the desk. Well made and works great! Easy to put together! Only thing you need to look out for is the screws under the keyboard tray will hit the desk you place the standing desk on. I placed some foam there to ensure no damage to the desk.

A shelter in place relief
COVID-19 added new challenge to working from home. Blessed that I can do so, and this relieved the stress of sitting all day. Great purchase. Only assembly challenge was putting the keyboard shelf on. Metal brackets had to bend slightly and screwing the screws in added spme challenge because I am mechanically challenged. We love this desk!
We have two of these standing desks in our front office. We love the flexibility they give us, it's so much more comfortable than sitting all day! We would love them even more if the keyboard tray could slide in and out. We've given the product info to many of our patients.

Love this!
I have had my standing desk for about 6 months now. I am finding that I stand longer periods of time, sometimes even all day. I am grateful that I got the electric model as opposed to the one you pull up and down manually. I have recommended this to many other employees as well!
