We love our Whynter Eco-friendly 12000 BTU
I love the unit as it is amazing!!! My central heat and air conditioner unit went out. I am purchasing the home from my siblings as it is the home we grew up in and the unit is 30 years old.
I am getting a new one but I was about to have heat exhaustion!!

I do not like it
I like Whynter products in general but feel ripped off with this model.
1. No adjustable air vents
2. Air vents do not electronically close or move
3. The timer is hard to use
4. In general, the digital display is not user friendly
This machine really sucks
1. No adjustable air vents

Great, Reliable A/C
Going into our 5th year with this unit. Great, reliable service to cool a 400 sq foot bedroom in dry hot Redding, CA. Would buy again.

Quiet powerful and cool! Amazingly efficient
Quickly and quietly cools an office with equipment and two hard-workers. Best ergonomics purchase for the office I've purchased in quite some time.

Keeping me cool
High ceiling dormer exposed on the west side kept cool and comfortable. Easy setup and operation. Pleased with my purchase.

The second unit I ordered doesn't seem to be cooling as well as the first one I ordered. Also the remote doesn't work.

Works better than I expected
I've tried these portable A/C's before and not been impressed. I think the key here is this one was for a college dorm room - small confined space. I was a little concerned because the windows are small and only tilt out about 6 inches. But the student has reported back that in > 1 hour the temp dropped from 82 to 72. AMAZING AC!!
We have a pretty big bedroom that has vaulted ceilings this unit cools it down really fast. It was easy to put together and I don’t feel it is too loud. This was totally worth the money we paid for it.

Look No Further
I've had this A/C unit for 2 years now and am completely happy with it. Everything is purports to be and do is 100% accurate. Easy to use, cools quickly, mobile, dependable, consistent, quality, etc.

the best portable AC
It's really efficient to cool the room. The unit is big that I thought. It is easy to install the pipes in the window. We recommended this product.

Does not cool a small room
This unit should handle a 12x10 bedroom. I set it for 61 degrees F. Lowest it brings temp to is 68 even on a not so hot day.

Does a great job
I have a raised ranch. I keep this in my smallest bedroom, my office, facing out into the hallway. It cools that whole side of the house. I have another larger Wynther model in my dining room facing the kitchen and it cools that whole half of the house too. I chose Wynther cause it doesn't have to be drained all the time when using it on air. It does a very good job ...

Winter 12000 air conditioner
We bought this about a month ago and love it, it has a strong blower and really out out the cold air and simple to use, would definitely buy this again

Keeps house cool on hot days
I put this unit upstairs in my 1600 square foot home and it kept the upstairs extremely comfortable on the hottest days.
