Fantastic Portable AC Unit
I purchased one Model # : ARC- 14 PORTABLE Dual hose inside unit this summer. I loved the unit so much a purchased a second unit about two weeks later. The shipping and packaging was top notch. The units are also pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend this company and their quality products !

Not very powerful, no need for dual hose
Surprised by how little cold air it generates. Also the dual hose design is actually a negative: pulling air in from outside when California has smoky skies is bad, so I am not using the intake hose at all and just letting it draw room air in. It's okay, but more big, heavy, and expensive than I expected, and it doesn't really cool the room adequately.

Works well for first floor
We bought this during August for our first floor in our two floor apartment. It works quite well for the living room and surrounding areas. It doesn’t quite reach the first floor bedroom that well, but that’s also due to doors opening and closing.

excellent air conditioner
this is our second Whynter air conditioner. Both work great and cool very large rooms without any problem. The one we just bought was set up in 15 minutes and was cooling right away. the hose system is perfect for older houses where a window unit would not work. This unit does not put any strain on my wooden window frames. A great product overall

Best investment!! Powerful and effective

Best indoor AC
My best purchase so far. I was trying to avoid opening my walls and this was the perfect AC for my home. It helped my mom's home to be cozy and well ventilated. Would definitely but again, if needed.

Great cooling to beat the heat
We've only been using this a few days and already love it. I wouldn't expect less based on our previous experience with a 14SH. It cools quickly and effectively, as one would expect from a good dual hose AC unit. It's pretty heavy, but the wheels make it easy to move between rooms. Just don't expect to be moving it between floors very much.

Cools air

Powerful and Well Built. Excellent Support Service

Only weak point is the compressor blower
I bought 1, blower wheel blew up, replaced and bought a spare unit, years later that blower wheel blew up too, so I bought another unit so I could keep a spare handy.
