Excellent SOUND!
I love these earphones. The sound quality is the best I've ever heard in earphones. When I plug it into my laptop to watch movies (temporary until I buy new portable speakers) ... a few times I thought one of the sounds was coming from somewhere other than the movie!

Too rigid to be comfortable in ears
Ear phones have nice sound, but are very large and too rigid to be comfortable in ears.

This is faulty design it keeps falling out of the ear. I am going to return it.
