This dispenser is defective
I bought this on July 30 and the cold water is lukewarm at best.

Love my avalon
I love my Avalon Water dispenser. It does a great job of nice clean super hot water for tea in the morning. I also use it for ramen, mashed potatoes, French press coffee and even hot chocolate.

Expensive filters
The price of the filters, for replacement every six months, is expensive.

Great Product
Beats a whole home system hands down! We have had several models, each has lasted a year or two, but for the simplicity we feel its the best option.

I brought this item for my parents a month ago and the cold and hot water is not working. The water turn out to be room temperature even I reset a couple of times.

Easy installation
We bought this countertop water cooler so that we could get away from a water delivery service, and so far, employees seem to be pleased with the quality of the water.

Ice cold water!
I love this product. I have a small basement apartment and love the ice cold water dispensed. I don’t use the hot water as much as I use a Kuerig.

The unit performs fine but the water line adapter on two separate coolers was/is defective and had to seek out ones that worked

Can be a good product
We used to have one, it lasted 4 years. This one stopped working after three weeks. I trust customer service will take care of it.

Great, but….
We bought it 2 weeks ago, it works fine, but there was one time the cold water stopped and it wasn’t cooling it anymore. So we reset the cooler and it worked afterwards. So far we are satisfied except for that one incident. We hope it doesn’t happen every 2 weeks!!!
