Stopped working
I bought it 1.5 month ago and it stopped working, no hot water, no cold water, no any water.

Beware
Began using this cooler at beginning of December and it is already malfunctioning. No longer works now, after only 2 months! Very disappointed!

Another satisfied customer
I love the convenience it has definitely helped me to drink more water. I have been suffering with kidney stones for a long time and the convenience is really helping my hydration level.

Needs improvement
Over all the product looks good but the installation is difficult at best. The unit requires an outlet inside a wall cavity which is against building code in most places. It should be hard wired with a power switch on the front of the unit. I got around this with an outlet load wired onto an accessible GFCI. The installation kit came with a T that is stated to be 3/8 co...

Avalon bottles water cooler
I bought this for myself for Christmas and I’m very pleased with it. I have the peace of mind knowing I’m drinking filtered water and everything is good for me. I love it.

Bottless water dispenser

It’s just installed today. We need the tube little longer, so we went to HomeDepot to buy 25 feet 1/4 dia tube. Everything is so far so good, but have 1 concern about the power outages. It can’t be use if no power.
