Small yet helpful!
My only complaint with Quill is the disappearing order issue. I placed an order and it "disappeared" overnight.

90% great
Not much difference between the sizes of the ice, small / large. Would really like a small ice cube! Machine has worked great. We use it all week in the office but drain it for the weekend and let it air dry.
