Just what I needed
Was just as described. I mounted a TCL 32" Roku tv to the wall so it could swing out. You'll need a studfinder. The included lag screws worked fine.

Simple mount
The finish of the unit was poor. The fit was functional but not smooth. What can be expected at price point.

easy to install and operate
I needed to mount 2 monitors (1 21" and 1 24") on the wall to create more desk space. These did the trick and I now can place my monitors where I want
