Directions didn’t align with locations of screws
It’s important for for manufacturers to consider rechecking the items before shipping them as well as providing a full video to assemble the item.

Nice looking desk
It looks good and feels sturdy! The draws and cabinet seem sufficient deep. There's sufficient desk top space. It takes about an hour to put it together and definitely easier with two people rather than one. The directions are fairly clear. Nice quality
This desk feels solid and looks stylish. I like the footing - not big and clunky. There are a lot of parts but they are well labeled and my husband had no problem putting it together. Allow yourself plenty of time though.

Great desk!
I love this desk. Looks great in the office space and is very functional. It can be a little tricky to put together. I made a couple of missteps along the way and had to undo and redo a couple of times. But overall a great experience.

Great value
This desk is of decent quality and is aligned with what one would expect for the price. Assembly is a bit lengthy but easy even for the most clumsy. A great value.

Mixed bag -- Kudos to Staples support -- pffffffttt to Techni Mobili support
Very nice looking desks — bought two. Arrived quickly at my local Staples a week or so. Staff there loaded them in my car. Each desk was missing a different pack of assembly hardware — one was hard-to-find cross-dowels and the other screws I had in my toolbox.
