Arrived Broken, Still Awaiting Replacement Parts 2.5 Weeks Later.
The desk arrived with a damaged top. I submitted a request for a replacement part. On 9/30, I was notified it was backordered and would ship in 1-2 weeks and I would receive confirmation. It's now 10/16 and the replacement still has not shipped. If you're going to discourage people from returning your product by promising prompt replacement of broken parts, you need to ...
