Once it is set it is trouble free
I like this time tracker. It was a little difficult to set up but I am not an IT person. If you are patient and use a little deductive reasoning you will be fine. The "call in help line" is basically a young lady that says that she will start a help ticket for you and someone will call you back. works well.. software is very intuitive. Monthly fee is a few dollars more than advertised
Very happy with the machine and its features. Only negative is the monthly fee a couple of dollars a month more than is more than advertised
