Scalloped edges!
I only buy Charmin Ultra Soft, have for years. My last package had pretty scalloped edges, but not this current package. A nice detail and hope it is a permanent thing.

Ultra Soft sucks. Ultra Stong (red package) love it ❤️
Ultra soft Charmin sucks. Leaves specks of toilet paper on me. I love Ultra strong my favorite. I have Ultra soft and can't wait to get rid of it but I bought the big package so I feel like I'm stuck using it not to waste it. I always buy the red package I don't know why I bought the blue one. It's horrible 😞

Smooth tear
I’ve been using Charmin for years and years. I currently switched to the blue smooth tear because the red left too many bits and bobs behind. The tearing is terrible. Smooth tear is not accurate. It tears irregularly, often. I’m disappointed however no bits and bobs, yay!

Terrible Terrible TP
I just bought the last rolls of Charmin I will ever buy.
It was thinner & narrower than any cheap brand I have ever been forced to use. Shame on you Charmin!

Not tearing properly.
The perforations are not good so the paper is not tearing apart properly so the toilet paper is being wasted.

Softness great, Mega size a no-go
I love Charmin, but we have small bathrooms and no real storage. The Mega and MegaXL rolls do not fit in our paper holder with storage. The double rolls are okay, but I’m not going to pay $22 for 6 rolls of TP!

Smooth tear is not so smooth
I’ve used this for years and the quality is always amazing. However, the new smooth tear feature makes me not want to buy your product anymore. It DOES NOT make tearing any easier and make folding the toilet paper more cumbersome. Please go back to the straight perforations. There was nothing wrong with them.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE not usual great quality!
My dgtr & I tried many TP, decided your red ultra was best..that was then!bought several pkgs of 6 rolls inside.P&Gwhat happened to the quality we experienced before??this paper tears in your hand, have to use more & it’s certainly NOT the quality it used to be that was expected

Wavy Tear Stinks
Sorry with the 40000 survey participants, but I totally disagree that the "wavy tear" is an improvement!!! Our family never saw the point and it was recently verified when we found/used the old style "square tear" version... it is just so much easier to tear straight across with no pieces not tearing like we have experienced with the wavy stuff.

So many things wrong with this toilet paper
Horrible toilet paper! Nothing like wiping and having your fingers go through the toilet paper. To avoid this from happening you have to use a lot more toilet paper. Then it clogs your toilet. Make Toilet Paper Straight Again
I miss the normal tear. Why does Charmin have to push the "smooth tear" zigzag pattern. It doesn't even tear cleanly and now it's super annoying to try and fold. Why fix what isn't broken, and not even offer the option to get the original back.
