No way
Very hard to lift up and down once I put my Mac on which weighs about 10lbs. Whole desk moved while trying to muscle it up and down.

Ergonomic Desk
This desk is very versatile as well as sturdy, works great it gives you a break from sitting all day and able to stand and work. not hard at all to put together.
