No way
Very hard to lift up and down once I put my Mac on which weighs about 10lbs. Whole desk moved while trying to muscle it up and down.

worth the price
The build instructions were easy to follow. Be very careful not to over drive any of the screws. It is sturdy as long as you don't need to move it. Make sure you build very close to where you want it and I wouldn't suggest having it on carpet.
