Not up to expectations
Its very cheaply made and the receiver always comes open where the battery is installed. It will work until I can get a more upgraded phone for my office.

Not easy configuration
Im old and this phone is hard to figure out how make changes like ring tone, voicemail, and also make a phone calls, take me 3 days find how figure turn the phone to dial phone call because was in tone. Anyway difficult to explain difficult figuring out things. Finally is working good

Not good enough
It comes with only 1 (one) extension phone. The buttons are too small and worst of all for me, the numbers and readout need to be larger to read. I should have returned it, but there was not much to choose from.

Button are hard to use
Like an old nokia phone with so many useless buttons that you have to struggle to do anything.
