Clasp breaks easily and if its not secure when you pick up the file everything falls out.

Staples is great!
The accordion file I purchased is absolutely perfect for our purposes. I looked at other options but settled on this. It was affordable efficient and easily portable. I can always find just what I need at staples.

Old School Product Not User Friendly
I’ve been trying to get away from plastics but the file I usually buy was out of stock. I had to write the alphabet on tiny papers and slide them into each section like the loose leaf I had in the 1960’s. Ugh!

This is a great file folder with abundant space and not alphabetized like many others. There are tabs where you can insert removable identifiers of file. Perfect to carry too.

Poor Latch
Latch to keep it closed does not hold it’s position securely neither open nor closed. It has opened twice and dumped my papers on the ground twice while I was walking along with it in hand. Then the latch will have already annoyingly rotated to the closed position sometimes when I am trying to close it back up. Other than that it seems sturdy.
