Works for what it's designed for!
This is perfect for our staff using sit/stand desks. We've order several (20?) and am ordering more. I personally notice a big difference standing on this cushioned mat verses the carpet. Highly recommend! And this is the perfect size as well.

Rise in the center of the mat
I bought this mat for a sit to stand desk, and the center of the mat has a rise, which makes it difficult to run a chair over when I want to sit down.
