Love the Quality
I have had this lock for about 5 years. It has been going through TSA 100+ times on my checked luggage and used multiple times throughout the year on my carry-on at hotels. highly recommend

Lousy product - would not recommend
I bought this today and cannot understand the instructions. Only pictures, i am very literate and would prefer written instructions.

Failed, set combo as described above. See UPDATE
Here is how to set the new combination. 000 is the factory default. Open the lock. While it is open, use a small, straight tool, depress AND HOLD the reset button while setting the new combination. Did all that then released the button, closed the lock. Neither the new combo nor 000 will open the lock. I wonder what the combination is now.

I bought this lock when I got home did the set up with my code closed and it never opened again. Not with my code not with 000.
