LEAKY COLD WATER DRIPS
One week later the cold water started dripping. Now have to get a 5 gallon jug off and return the tower.

Not So Cold
Avanti Hot and Cold Water Dispenser. Hot works which is something that we might use once in a while. Cold unfortunately is NOT. We've reset and it works for a minute then back to lukewarm. Not the best. Will be looking to get a replacement. But you don't get a second chance to make a first impression.

Don't waste your money
Blue indicator lite stays on. The cold water never reaches the cold temp that its suppose to in order for it to shut off. Water is ALWAYS room temperature. I called the company and they said that usually happens in about 6 months not usually right out of the box. The Company knows this is an issue and they make you jump through hoops to return it ONLY for an exchange. I...
