These cups are used religiously in our office, but I believe the insulation has changed since last ordering these. They used to be double insulated but has since changed, and the protection is not there anymore. I brewed my coffee in the cup and went to pick up and it was so hot to the touch, which the previous product did not do. I am disappointed in this product.

Leaky
Can't count the number of times these cups have leaked hot coffee onto my desk. Use more/better glue on the seam please. Thank you.

Different as pictured.
The cups are not blue anymore. They are pink! Honestly, I am not thrilled with pink cups. Not that it really matters all that much, but I probably wouldn't have ordered them if I had known they were pink. The sticker on the box says "New Packaging." It should have mentioned this in the listing.

Cup gets to hot
The cups are a good size for coffee but it gets to hot when the use of hot beverages. You have to double the cup.
