Leaves your hand hot
This is a single insulated cup and even though its marketed as a hot cup get the double insulated ones. Your hand will thank you.

Cup gets to hot
The cups are a good size for coffee but it gets to hot when the use of hot beverages. You have to double the cup.

Can't use for Hot Tea/Coffee... cups get HOT!
These cups get VERY HOT as soon as you pour Hot Tea/Coffee in them. Unusable! What a waste.

Quality cups leave counter stains
These cups effectively stand up to hot beverages. My complaint is that when the bottom of the cup gets wet it leaves a blue ring that stains the countertop. We have white granite and there is a collection of blue rings that *cannot be wiped away.* I will not order these again unless the design changes because the staining will only get worse.
