a little small
I have not used them yet but they are a tad small to be very useful. I think they are too small for a side salad or a bowl of ice cream which is what I was I hoping to use them for at outdoor events. They do seem water proof. I don't understand why they only have the orange color when the plates are blue/teal. I wish they made a bowl that held 16 ounces.

I'm glad you have these on a mark down it's they only way I can buy so many at one time. Thank You!! Also I had missed the review on the item below. They were pretty sugary coated and gritty tasting. Excellent Quality Bowls
During office construction we used paper plates & bowls. These held up really well. As others had stated liquids held for a long time in them compromise the longevity factor. (This is paper not plastic). Love the orange color as well.

Paper plates and Bowls
The plates are very strong and don't bend when food is on them. The bowls are just right for a small portion or for soup.

Love them/nice and sturdy
I use these to feed my indoor cats and strays. I don't want to eat off plates or bowls they've used and this makes it easy to always have a clean bowl for them!
