Super great!
Honestly this was super great really easy to set up the instructions are very clear and give extra ways to set up in case you don’t want all 7 compiled together! It’s super sturdy and really easy to hang

Broke in less than 1 week
The wall file hooks broke after 1 week, it was not heavy with files either.

We ordered these to hang on a wall. The brackets provided for hanging are for a cubicle wall or require a board to hang from. It would be beneficial to have a bracket for hanging on a normal wall. It would also be helpful to have something to stabilize the files while hanging.

Not too impressed out of the box
Has the file holder portion down all day, but wall hook portion is not big enough, to hang on a 2.5" cubicle divider wall (-1 star)
Only one tab to hold them together. Was a little disappointed for the price point that makes them difficult to put together, and keep together. (-1 star)
I'm going to have to use other means and devices to hang this, was not ready for us...

Brackets didn't fit on cubicle wall
The max expansion on the brackets is about 2.5" which is nowhere in the details. It’s too complicated trying to send things back so I took brackets off another holder I had and had to give up my original mailbox which is really unfortunate. Descriptions on StaplesAdvantage seem very underwhelming/inaccurate

Gets the job done
Not as sturdy as I hoped. It’s made up of 7 individual single file holders that interlock. If the bottoms holders are pushed up with moderate pressure the holder can come apart. Not a deal breaker but not ideal either.

We needed these to hang on the wall, so I didn't send back, but the notch that holds them to the bracket was broken making them useless. Also, the double stick tape used to hold them to the wall was missing on all 7.

7 pockets is great! Would prefer metal nuts.
The little plastic pieces that connect the many files work well... until one puts heavier items in the hanging folders. I would prefer metal clips for at least the holes that connect to the wall brackets.
We are amending them with tiny bolts w/ nuts.

Individual bins - hang separately
I bought this because I wanted one unit with 7 bins. I don't understand why they even list a height of 30" because these are 7 individual bins that all need to be individually screwed into the wall so you could space them anywhere at any height. I wanted one uniform, equally spaced organizer and this is not it.
