Cloth ties are a bad idea
The wallet itself is just fine but the cloth ties are a pain almost a deal-breaker. (a) The first time I tried to untie a brand new wallet the tapes got themselves into a nearly-hopeless knot. (b) When I closed the wallet and tried to re-tie it there was no way to hold the tapes and make a bow tie. I gave up tied a square knot and will fight with it again the next ...
