Simple with plenty room to write
This is a perfect log book for daily workouts chores and doings. Nice clean setup. No tabs that get in the way. I went through and entered birthdays. I am looking forward to using this. I had two books going this past year so I am combining and simplifying for this upcoming year.

Excellent except for lack of line down the middle
