handy and low cost
It is sturdy and the tip is perfectly protected when closed. It was easy to use on my laptop and reliable in bringing up the saved info.

Way behind the times
In a hurry so resorted to Staples. Usually order online and get higher capacity and USB3.0. This one was 3x the cost and extremely slow.

Excellent Assistance
The one thing that I know abut the Redmond Staples is that the employees who have assisted me many times in the print center is that they are very professional and helpful. I am 75 years old and am not tech savvy but they always talk with me about the subject with respect. I really appreciate them! I have recommended the service to my friends.

Defective
Tried to write some files and load a few photos on the drive. A few photos did not load. Ran an error check and it said it found errors and corrected. Tried again. A few different photos did not load this time. Completely erased and reformatted the drive. Same issues. Gave up and threw it away.
