Great Instructions
So even though the assembly of this desk did take hours the instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I’m giving 5 stars because I don’t think I’ve ever seen directions so clear before. Would recommend

Patience!
I am not reviewing the desk, but the customer service all center - if I can rate it a 0 I would. I just purchased two desks and put the first one together within 2 hours. Easy to do, in perfect condition. Opened the second box ready to assemble, except the insides appeared all shook up. We started taking out all the pieces and found many damaged. Since this was a Sunday...

Bush Furniture Somerset 72W Office Desk with Drawers, Mocha Cherry
I need a longer desk to accommodate 3 monitors and this did the trick. Looks good, large storage and sturdy. However putting it together took twice as long as should have because nothing was labeled like in the directions. Only about a third of the pieces had labels, the rest I had to guess. Besides that I like the desk.
