Material Not Strong
The material is so soft that several pieces had chips where they were banded together for shipping. We didn't see them until we had the boxes open and everything laid out. We're missing 2 pieces that we need for the large drawer. The small drawer won't close all the way. Looks good in the pictures but very cheap materials.

Material Not Strong
The material is so soft that several pieces had chips where they were banded together for shipping. We didn't see them until we had the boxes open and everything laid out. We're missing 2 pieces that we need for the large drawer. The small drawer won't close all the way. Looks good in the pictures but very cheap materials.

Packaging Damage
Overall it's a nice desk and worth the price. It wasn't hard to put together but some of the boards weren't labeled which made it take a little longer. The boards were damaged in 4 places from being too tightly packaged.

Good solid desk
The desk is very good. Solid and well finished. Relatively easy to assemble. One small dent where the packing wasn’t done right but I can live with it. The delivery process was not satisfactory. The two heavy boxes were left in the middle of the driveway. The delivery person didn’t bother to ring the doorbell or call. Or to leave the packets near the garage door or fron...

Arrived With Top Assembly Damaged.
Arrived with top assembly damaged. Missing screws for assembly. Parts are not available, still waiting for replacements. Very bad experience.

Nice desk
The desk seems to be sturdy and the color is great (I ordered gray to match my office). As far as assembly it took a professional 3 hours to complete. The only suggestions I have would be to make the corner leg MUCH sturdier especially for the size of this desk and the bottom of the pencil drawer could also be sturdier.

Great Desk
The desk is great and is good quality however, they should be more careful with packaging. The ends on two major pieces were badly damaged. Bush furniture was awesome at replacing the pieces once I called to report the damage.

Excellent value
The desk arrived in two very heavy boxes. The instructions were excellent and all the pieces and parts were well labeled. While one person can assemble the entire desk you'll need a second person to get the desk tops on the frame in the final steps. Overall this desk looks beautiful in my home office and it was an excellent value.

I was nervous to put this together when I saw it came in two separate boxes (so heavy) but I must say that this is hands down the easiest thing I’ve had to put together. Detailed and easy to follow instructions. I would recommend two people when it comes to putting the tops on but otherwise I did it by myself. Desk was great / delivery communication not so much
The desk was great quality and and really happy with it. Took about two hours to put together. Only Complaint was the delayed delivery (week) but more Important was Staples in ability to provide a status of when it was going to be delivered.

Love my new desk!

Great desk
Really great desk lots of room. Directions were a little confusing at times. Was missing the folder extenders but was able to snag some from our local Staples store (they took them off one on display). Great product!
