very poor product
I usually at least glance at reviews before I purchase electronics, this time I was at Staples and just bought them...big mistake. I have several Altec Lansing products, this one should not have gone to market...poor design because it's big and bulky, poor low tone quality, and one drop out of my ear onto the floor and it broke. I'm getting in touch with the manufactur...

Lousy Sound Quality
I like how adjustable the fit is, with MANY different interchangeable bits to customize to different ear shapes - and I jumped on the chance to buy an unsold clearance box far below the Amazon price, thinking I was getting something special, but this product is decidedly last-gen... or a few generations ago actually. They have a great sound for cheap headphones but the biggest killer is you have to turn them on every time you go to use them

Flimsy and inferior product
So what happens when you accidentally drop these? They break - and easily for that matter. An incredibly inferior product which I intend to return for a full refund. These are a major disappointment - do not waste your time or money on them!

CAN NOT HEAR WHEN USING PHONE
Can't hear when using phone, not loud near enough. Plus you have to have left side on to use the right side. I will not buy another set of these. There is no volume control on ear piece
