Too HOT to Handle
This cup is semi-practical for its purpose however it does require you to buy a sleeve as it become too hot to handle from the coffee dispenser to your work station. I believe a practical coffee cup should not cause this problem.

Does the Job
These may have a mixed review but we decided to try it. We got the 12 oz and yeah they are warm but not super hot. We are transitioning to all Compostable paper goods which is the way to go. Wish they offered more items.
